Pools & Spas
A pool is a construction project, not an appliance. We manage the whole pool build or renovation — excavation to final fence inspection — with the deck, screen enclosure, and landscape coordinated as one job.
Pools & Spas
The difference between a pool that gets used and a pool that gets tolerated is everything around it: the deck material, the shade, the screen, the landscape, the lighting, and how it all connects to the house. As your general contractor we run the full pool project — coordinating the pool shell with licensed pool specialists, then building the deck, coping, screen enclosure, summer kitchen, and landscape around it under one schedule. Renovating an existing pool area — new deck, new screen, resurfacing, new equipment — is the same story: one builder, one plan, one number to call.

When to call us
You want a pool and don't want to manage five contractors
Pool shell, deck, screen, electric, fence — that's five trades minimum. We hold the schedule and the accountability so you don't have to.
The pool works but the pool area is tired
Deck, screen, and lighting renovations transform a 1990s pool area without touching the shell. Usually a fraction of new-pool cost.
A pool build is part of a bigger backyard project
Pool + patio + summer kitchen + landscape designed together costs less and looks better than doing them one at a time in the wrong order.
Common questions
Do you build the pool shell yourselves?
The shell, plumbing, and finish are performed by licensed pool specialists — as Florida requires — working under our project management. Everything around the pool (deck, screen, electrical coordination, fencing, landscape) is built by us. You get one contract and one schedule.
How long does a new pool project take?
Permitting typically runs 4–8 weeks in Broward and Palm Beach. Construction, from dig to swim, is usually 3–5 months depending on options and inspections. Renovation projects on existing pools run much faster.
Can you renovate the deck without redoing the pool?
Yes — deck, coping, and screen replacements over an existing shell are some of our most common pool-area projects.
