Home Additions
More house without moving. Bedroom suites, family rooms, in-law quarters, and garage additions — engineered for Florida wind codes and finished so the seam between old and new disappears.
Home Additions
A good addition doesn't look like an addition. The roofline carries through, the floor heights match, the stucco texture blends, and the inside finishes read as one house. That takes real coordination: soil and foundation work, engineered plans, Broward or Palm Beach permitting, tie-in framing, and re-routing of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We've been building additions across South Florida since 2014 — as the general contractor who owns the whole scope, from the survey to the final coat of paint.

When to call us
The family outgrew the house but not the neighborhood
An addition is almost always cheaper than moving once you count agent fees, taxes, and the interest-rate delta. We'll tell you honestly what your lot and setbacks allow.
You need an in-law suite or guest quarters
Private entry, kitchenette, full bath — designed to be genuinely livable and permitted correctly the first time.
You're adding square footage before a remodel
If both are on the table, doing the addition and renovation as one permitted project saves months and real money. We scope them together.
Common questions
How long does an addition take?
Design and permitting typically run 2–4 months depending on the jurisdiction. Construction on a typical bedroom/bath addition runs 3–5 months. Larger multi-room additions run longer. We give you the schedule up front and keep the permit clock moving.
Will the addition match the existing house?
That's the whole job. Rooflines, stucco texture, floor heights, baseboards, paint — we match or intentionally transition every one of them. Done right, visitors can't tell where the original house ends.
What does an addition cost in Broward or Palm Beach?
Most residential additions land in the $300–$500 per square foot range depending on finishes, structural complexity, and whether bathrooms or kitchens are involved. We give a firm number after a site visit and plan review.
