Landscape is the last trade on site and the first thing everyone sees, and it only looks right when the ground under it is right. We handle the site work — grading, fill, drainage correction, swale shaping — and the finish layer: sod, planting beds, palms and trees, decorative rock, edging, and landscape lighting. On our own construction projects it's the closing phase of the build; as a standalone scope it's how a property gets its curb appeal back after years of deferred maintenance or a hurricane season.

Common questions
Do you do landscape maintenance?
Installation and construction only — we build it, then hand off cleanly to your maintenance crew. If you don't have one, we can recommend one in your area.
Can you fix a drainage problem without redoing the whole yard?
Usually, yes. Most standing-water problems trace to one or two grading faults or a blocked path to the swale. We diagnose first and scope the smallest fix that actually solves it.
When is the best time to lay sod in South Florida?
Any month works with proper watering, but the rainy season (June–September) roots sod fastest. We schedule irrigation checks with every install so the new sod survives its first month.
