We say "from the street in" because the property starts at the curb. A driveway is 90% what you don't see: excavation to the right depth, compacted base rock, correct slope away from the house, and expansion control so Florida sun and rain don't crack it in year two. We build paver and concrete driveways, walkways, aprons, and slabs across Broward and Palm Beach — permitted through the city where required, coordinated with the county for right-of-way work at the swale.

Common questions
Pavers or poured concrete — which is better?
Pavers cost more up front but repair invisibly — pull a section, fix the base, relay the same pavers. Concrete is the budget option and works well when it's poured on a proper base with correct control joints. We'll walk you through both with real numbers.
Do driveways need a permit?
In most Broward and Palm Beach municipalities, yes — especially anything touching the swale or right-of-way at the street. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections; you don't touch the portal.
How long does a driveway replacement take?
Demo to done is typically 3–7 working days for pavers, plus cure time for concrete. Permit lead time varies by city — we tell you before we start.
