Interior Renovations & Remodels
Whole-home remodels, kitchens, primary suites, custom bars, media walls, and built-in millwork — designed, permitted, and built by one general contractor from demo to final walkthrough.
Interior Renovations & Remodels
An interior renovation lives or dies on the details you see from three feet away — the seam in a book-matched stone wall, the reveal on a custom door, the light falling exactly where the designer intended. We run the whole project as your general contractor: demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, stone, millwork, paint, and punch-out, sequenced so the trades don't undo each other's work. John is on site through the build, not just at the estimate. The photos on this site are our work — backlit quartzite feature walls, custom home bars, primary suites, and full-house remodels across South Florida.

When to call us
You want one contractor accountable for the whole remodel
Hiring trades one at a time means you become the general contractor. We hold the schedule, sequence the work, and hand you one number to call.
The design calls for finishes most crews can't execute
Backlit stone, book-matched slabs, integrated LED, floating millwork — this is finish work where an eighth of an inch shows. It's the level we build to on every project.
You're renovating before moving in
The window between closing and move-in is the cheapest time to do dusty work. We've run full interior renovations on that clock many times.
A previous remodel stalled or went sideways
We take over troubled projects — assess what's salvageable, re-permit what has to be re-permitted, and get it finished.

Common questions
Do you handle design, or do I need my own designer?
Both work. Many clients come with an interior designer or architect — we execute their drawings and coordinate directly with them. If you don't have one, we help develop the scope and can bring design partners in as needed.
How long does a whole-home interior renovation take?
A single room (bar, office, media wall) typically runs 3–8 weeks. Kitchens and primary suites run 6–12 weeks. Full-house interior renovations generally run 4–8 months depending on scope and permitting. You get a schedule with the proposal.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Often, yes — we phase the work, seal off active zones with dust barriers, and keep a bathroom and kitchen functional as long as possible. For full-gut projects it's usually faster and cheaper to be out.
Are you licensed and insured for structural work?
Yes — Weston Construction LLC is a licensed and insured Florida general contractor. Wall removals, headers, and structural changes are engineered, permitted, and inspected.
